1. Our Mission

At a Piece of Him, every product is created with care and purpose, inspired by Christian values of integrity, stewardship and love. We are committed to serving our community with honesty and excellence.

 

2. Ordering & Production

  • All items are made to order once your purchase is confirmed.
  • Production times typically range from 2–5 business days, though certain items may require up to 14 business days dispatch lead time before shipping begins.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after production.
  • International orders may take longer depending on customs and local carriers.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

 

4. Returns & Complaints

At a Piece of Him, each product is created individually with care. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review the following guidelines:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will gladly replace or refund it. Please contact us at contact@apieceofhim.com within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
  • Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a solution.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Non‑Returnable Items: Because each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. Personalized/custom items are non‑returnable unless defective.
  • How to Submit a Complaint: Contact us at contact@apieceofhim.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will respond promptly and work with you to resolve the issue.

 

5. Payments & Pricing

  • We accept major payment methods securely through Shopify.
  • Prices are listed in the store’s default currency and may change without prior notice.
  • Taxes and duties may apply depending on your location.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs and content are original to a Piece of Him and protected by copyright.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of our products or designs is strictly prohibited.

 

7. Community Standards

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders that include offensive, hateful, or anti‑Christian content.
  • Our brand exists to uplift, inspire and honor our Christian faith; we ask our community to engage respectfully.

 

8. Privacy & Data

9. Legal Disclaimer

  • a Piece of Him is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use or shipping delays.
  • These rules are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union.
  • We reserve the right to update these rules at any time.

At a Piece of Him, every order is prepared with prayerful care and attention. Because each item is created individually, production and delivery times may vary: most pieces are ready within a few days, while some may take longer.

 

If something arrives damaged or not as expected, we will gladly make it right. Simply reach out within a week of receiving your order and we’ll work together on a solution.

We ask our community to order thoughtfully, as exchanges for size or preference aren’t possible with made‑to‑order items. Lost packages or delivery issues will always be investigated with compassion and fairness.

5 December 2025: Contest Rules: Proud to Believe in Jesus – Advent Edition

1. Organizer

The contest is organized by a Piece of Him, operating the Instagram profile @a.piece.of.him and TikTok profile @a.piece.of.him.

 

2. Duration

·        The contest runs from 5 December 2025 to 21 December 2025.

·        Drawings will take place on Sunday 14 and Sunday 21 December 2025 during live broadcasts.

 

3. How to Participate

To enter the contest, participants must:

1.      Follow either our Instagram profile @a.piece.of.him or TikTok profile @a.piece.of.him.

2.      Post a photo or video showing their pride in believing in Jesus (any product connected to Christian faith).

3.      Tag @a.piece.of.him and use the official hashtag #ProudToBelieveInJesus.

4.      Keep the post public until 21 December 2025, the final day of the contest.

5.      Participation is free. No purchase is necessary.

 

4. Prizes

·        On Sunday 14 December 2025 and Sunday 21 December 2025, 3 winners will be randomly selected during the live broadcasts on Instagram and Tiktok.

·        Each winner will receive one product of their choice from our store, free of charge, with a value of up to USD 50.

·        Prizes are final and cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash.

 

5. Drawings & Announcements

·        All valid entries will be written down and placed into a physical pot.

·        During the live broadcasts, 3 winners will be drawn at random from the pot.

·        Drawings will be held simultaneously on Instagram Live and TikTok Live on Sunday 14 and Sunday 21 December 2025.

·        Results will be announced immediately during the livestreams and later shared in Instagram Stories and TikTok posts.

 

6. Prize Selection & Delivery

·        After each draw, winners will be contacted privately via Instagram or Tiktok Direct Message to select their product from our store.

·        Products will be dispatched within up to 3 weeks after the drawing, as each item is specially produced to order. This timeframe ensures careful preparation and quality before shipping.

·        In exceptional cases where delays occur with the chosen product(s), winners will be kept informed until dispatch is completed.

·        If a selected product becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer will contact the winner to choose an alternative product of equal value.

·        Shipping note: Products will be dispatched only to countries where a Piece of Him currently delivers. Our trusted shipping carriers deliver worldwide, including Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. In cases where delivery to a specific country is unavailable, the organizer will contact the winner to arrange an alternative solution.

 

 7. Eligibility

·        Any adult with an active Instagram or TikTok account may participate.

·        Minors may participate only if they have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure such authorization; the organizer will not verify or request proof.

·        The contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or TikTok.

·        By entering, participants agree that their submitted content (photo/video) may be shared by a Piece of Him in campaign communication (including posts, Stories, livestreams, and other promotional content).

·         They also agree that their profile name will be made public during the Live Drawing sessions.

 

8. Responsibility

·        The organizer is not responsible for technical issues related to Instagram or TikTok.

·        The organizer reserves the right to exclude entries that do not comply with the rules.

·        Winners agree to provide accurate shipping details when contacted; the organizer is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

·        The organizer will collect shipping information directly from winners and will follow the order until delivery is completed.

·        a Piece Of Him oversees the preparation and dispatch of prizes. Delivery is carried out by trusted shipping carriers, and while every effort is made to ensure safe arrival, the organizer is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or damage occurring during transit.

·        Personal data provided by winners will be used solely for prize delivery and will not be shared with third parties except for shipping purposes.

 

9. Additional Conditions

·        Winners must respond to the organizer’s private message within 7 days of the draw to claim their prize. If no response is received, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.

·        After receiving their product, winners are warmly invited to share a photo with   a Piece Of Him to continue promoting the Good News. By doing so, they consent to its use by   a Piece Of Him in campaign communication (including posts, Stories, livestreams, and other promotional content).

·        The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.

·        This contest is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.

·        Any attempt to manipulate entries (e.g., fake accounts, duplicate posts) will result in disqualification.
